Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide premium, personalized service to VIP guests with exceptional attention to detail.
• Manage VIP tables, special requests, and exclusive guest experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver proactive, high‑quality service.
• Uphold luxury service standards and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the visit.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a VIP Waiter or in fine‑dining hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and luxury service etiquette.
• Professional grooming and confident presentation.
• Ability to work under pressure in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
