Peaksy Tourist Restaurant LLC is hiring four experienced Waiters to join our front-of-house team at Yas Bay, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. We seek polished, service-driven professionals with proven UAE restaurant experience who can deliver warm, efficient, and attentive service in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing multiple covers, upselling menu items, and maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality during peak periods. Immediate availability and current residency in the UAE are essential. This role offers hands-on service experience in a high-profile venue and clear pathways for growth within the Peaksy group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive table service including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables.
  • Present menus and daily specials and make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure order accuracy by coordinating closely with kitchen and bar teams.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming, uniform, and service etiquette.
  • Process payments and operate POS systems accurately.
  • Handle guest enquiries and minor complaints professionally; escalate when necessary.
  • Support side work and station setup/closing duties to ensure smooth shift operations.
  • Assist with table turns and floor readiness during busy periods.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in on-the-job training.

Requirements

  • Mandatory: Prior UAE restaurant experience; applications without UAE experience will not be considered.
  • Currently located in the UAE with immediate availability to join.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and a team-first attitude.
  • Valid UAE work authorization or right-to-work documentation.
