💼 Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests.
- Present menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages.
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service flow.
- Upsell menu items and make informed recommendations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high‑volume environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for guest service.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
