Urdu Teacher🌟 Position Summary

Brilliant International Private School (BIPS) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Urdu Teacher to join our team for the 2025–2026 academic year. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality language instruction and fostering a love for the Urdu language and literature among students in a British curriculum environment.

📌 Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Urdu lessons in accordance with the UAE Ministry of Education and school standards.

  • Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that support differentiated learning.

  • Evaluate and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

  • Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and promotes positive student behavior.

  • Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan cross-curricular language enrichment activities.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Urdu or related field; B.Ed. is required. Master’s Degree is an advantage.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in UAE schools.

  • Curriculum: Familiarity with the British curriculum is highly preferred.

  • Residency: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.

  • Skills: Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
