Ben’s Farmhouse & Mara is seeking experienced and passionate Supervisors to join our growing hospitality team in the UAE. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading daily operations, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining the warm, authentic guest experience that defines our brand. You’ll oversee front‑of‑house teams, coordinate with kitchen and management, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and efficiency.

🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, train, and motivate service staff to achieve performance goals
  • Maintain guest satisfaction through proactive communication and problem‑solving
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely, accurate service
  • Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all areas

📋 Requirements

  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passionate, hardworking, and committed to excellence
  • Flexible, independent, and eager to learn and grow
