Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espressos, lattes, and signature beverages.
  • Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a memorable coffee experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas.
  • Operate and care for coffee equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Stay informed about coffee trends and continuously improve coffee preparation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee environment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and a passion for coffee culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
