📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop spatial concepts for Home Bakery stores, kiosks, pop‑ups, and retail environments
• Create detailed floor plans, layouts, and 3D renderings that reflect brand identity and operational needs
• Collaborate with operations to ensure designs support workflow efficiency, storage, and customer flow
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Select materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and décor that align with the bakery’s aesthetic
• Develop display concepts for bakery items, gifting collections, and seasonal products
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications for contractors and suppliers
• Oversee installation, setup, and execution of new spaces or redesigns
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to design plans
• Stay updated on design trends, retail innovations, and customer‑experience best practices
• Ensure all designs meet safety, accessibility, and regulatory standards
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience

📌 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Space Designer, Interior Designer, Retail Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing spatial design, retail environments, or hospitality projects
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of materials, lighting, layout, and customer‑experience design
• Ability to create detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and production teams
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality, timelines, and budget constraints
• Passion for food, retail design, and creating warm, memorable spaces
