Storekeeper – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is looking for an organised Storekeeper to manage inventory for its Dubai food and beverage operation. You will receive and check deliveries, store goods correctly, issue stock to the kitchen and bar, and keep accurate records so teams always have what they need and nothing is wasted. You will work with the Head Chef, Bar Manager and purchasing team to track stock levels, flag shortages and support monthly stock takes. Strong attention to detail, honesty and good housekeeping are essential. If you have experience in a restaurant, hotel or catering store, this role is a good opportunity to join a growing hospitality group and support smooth daily operations behind the scenes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and record deliveries against purchase orders
  • Store food, beverage and supplies following FIFO and hygiene rules
  • Issue stock to kitchen and bar with accurate documentation
  • Perform daily checks and monthly stock takes, reporting variances
  • Keep stores clean, organised and secure

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Storekeeper in a restaurant, hotel or catering company
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
  • Good numeracy and record-keeping skills
  • Knowledge of food storage, hygiene and safety standards
  • Honest, organised and able to work independently
  • Ability to lift goods and work in shifts
