Waiter / Waitress – Orange Holding | Dubai

Orange Holding is hiring friendly, professional Waiters and Waitresses to join its Dubai front-of-house team. You will welcome guests, present the menu, take orders accurately and deliver attentive, personable service from the first greeting to the final goodbye. You will work closely with runners, hosts, the kitchen and bar so each table enjoys a smooth and memorable meal. Product knowledge, a positive attitude and a love of hospitality are what matter most. Whether you already have restaurant experience or are eager to build your career in upscale dining, this role offers training, teamwork and room to grow within an expanding hospitality group.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus, specials and recommendations
  • Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages with correct etiquette and timing
  • Keep tables, stations and service areas clean and well set
  • Respond to guest needs and report feedback to supervisors

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant, café or hotel preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Neat, professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to carry multiple items and work in a fast environment
  • Good spoken English; other languages are an advantage
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays
