Sous Chef Job in Dubai – DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf

DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf is hiring a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading its kitchen in Dubai. You will oversee daily food preparation, cooking and presentation, making sure every dish meets the hotel’s quality and brand standards. Beyond the pass, you will control food cost, ordering and stock rotation, enforce HACCP and hygiene practices, and train, schedule and motivate the kitchen brigade. This is a key leadership role for an experienced culinary professional who combines creativity with strong organisation and people skills. If you have a proven background as a Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a hotel or high-volume restaurant, this opportunity lets you grow your career with a global hotel brand. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Chef in running daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking and presentation to maintain consistent quality.
  • Control food cost, ordering, stock rotation and waste.
  • Enforce HACCP, hygiene and safety standards in every section.
  • Train, schedule and motivate the kitchen brigade.

Requirements

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience as Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and menu knowledge.
  • Valid HACCP or food safety certification.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
