Ben’s Farmhouse & Mara is looking for enthusiastic and service‑driven Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team in the UAE. As a Server, you’ll be the face of our brand — delivering warm, attentive, and personalized service that reflects our commitment to excellence. You’ll ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience, from greeting and seating to order accuracy and table management.

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about hospitality, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and take pride in creating memorable guest moments. If you’re currently residing in the UAE, have at least two years of experience in a similar role, and are ready to grow with a brand that values teamwork, professionalism, and creativity, we’d love to welcome you to the Ben’s Farmhouse & Mara family.

🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • Handle guest inquiries and ensure satisfaction throughout service

📋 Requirements

  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills
  • Passionate, hardworking, and committed to excellence
  • Flexible, independent, and eager to learn and grow
