Runners / Commis

Drift Dubai is looking for energetic, reliable, and service‑driven Runners / Commis to join our luxury beachfront property. As one of Dubai’s most prestigious hospitality destinations, Drift Dubai is known for its refined atmosphere, exceptional service standards, and seamless guest experiences. In this role, you will support both the culinary and service teams, ensuring that food is delivered promptly, stations remain organized, and operations run smoothly throughout the day.

You will work closely with chefs, waitstaff, and supervisors, contributing to the overall guest experience and maintaining Drift Dubai’s high standards. Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and station setup when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service and kitchen areas.
• Support the service team during peak hours and special events.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a runner, commis, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Energetic, reliable, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and service procedures.
