🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately
  • Support servers with table setup, clearing, and resetting
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
  • Assist in ensuring smooth service flow during busy periods
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams
  • Uphold Tattu’s service standards and guest‑focused culture
