Barback

KIRA Restaurant is seeking a hardworking, energetic, and detail‑oriented Barback to support our bar team for the upcoming season. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth bar operations by maintaining stock levels, preparing stations, and assisting bartenders during busy service hours. Duties & Responsibilities

• Support bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service.
• Assist with inventory management and daily stock counts.
• Ensure all bar tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored.
• Provide quick assistance during peak hours to maintain smooth bar operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑volume bar or restaurant.
• Strong work ethic, speed, and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry stock items and work on your feet for long periods.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
