KIRA Restaurant is seeking a hardworking, energetic, and detail‑oriented Barback to support our bar team for the upcoming season. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth bar operations by maintaining stock levels, preparing stations, and assisting bartenders during busy service hours. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast‑paced environments, enjoy teamwork, and are eager to grow within the beverage and hospitality field. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support bartenders by restocking beverages, garnishes, ice, and supplies.
  • Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout service.
  • Assist with inventory management and daily stock counts.
  • Ensure all bar tools and equipment are cleaned and properly stored.
  • Provide quick assistance during peak hours to maintain smooth bar operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high‑volume bar or restaurant.
  • Strong work ethic, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry stock items and work on your feet for long periods.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
