Bartender

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with accuracy, creativity, and consistency.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock levels throughout service.
• Engage guests with product knowledge, recommendations, and friendly interaction.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and beverage handling standards.
• Support barback and service teams to ensure smooth bar operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑volume or high‑end bar/restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak hours.
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
