🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the concierge team to ensure consistent, high‑quality guest service
• Manage guest requests including transportation, reservations, tours, and special arrangements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and service providers
• Train team members on luxury service etiquette and Kempinski brand standards
• Handle VIP guests, special occasions, and complex service requirements with professionalism
• Ensure the lobby experience is welcoming, organized, and aligned with brand expectations

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge role, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial position
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest‑handling skills
• Extensive knowledge of Dubai attractions, restaurants, events, and premium services
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and exceptional problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining elegance and composure
