Kapitol Social Dubai, the newest social gaming and lifestyle entertainment venue under Sunset Hospitality Group, is seeking dedicated and hardworking Stewards to join its pre‑opening team. As a Steward, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas. Your work ensures that chefs and service teams can operate efficiently, contributing directly to the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, enjoy working behind the scenes, and thrive in fast‑paced hospitality environments. You will be responsible for dishwashing, equipment cleaning, waste management, and supporting kitchen operations during busy service hours. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all stewarding and back‑of‑house areas.
  • Assist with waste disposal and ensure proper segregation and handling.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times.

🎓 Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward in hospitality or food service operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning equipment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
