Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai is seeking an experienced and service‑driven Club Lounge Supervisor to lead our exclusive Club Lounge operations. As part of one of Dubai’s most prestigious luxury hotels, this role is central to delivering refined, personalized, and seamless experiences for our VIP and Club guests. The Club Lounge Supervisor oversees daily lounge activities, ensures premium food and beverage presentation, manages guest interactions, and leads a dedicated team committed to Kempinski’s world‑class standards. Located steps away from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Kempinski The Boulevard blends European elegance with exceptional hospitality, offering an inspiring environment for professionals who thrive in luxury service. 🎯 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Club Lounge operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate the lounge team to uphold Kempinski standards
  • Ensure premium presentation of food and beverage offerings
  • Handle VIP guest requests, feedback, and special arrangements
  • Maintain lounge ambiance, cleanliness, and guest comfort at all times
  • Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping for seamless guest experiences

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel lounge or F&B supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest‑handling skills
  • Excellent knowledge of premium service standards and hospitality etiquette
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to remain composed and proactive in fast‑paced environments
