KIRA Restaurant is seeking an experienced and service‑driven Head Waiter to join our dynamic team for the upcoming season. As a key member of our front‑of‑house leadership, the Head Waiter ensures exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, strong communication, and seamless coordination with the dining and culinary teams. The ideal candidate is confident, well‑presented, and thrives in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage table assignments, dining flow, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
  • Support training, daily briefings, and mentoring of junior staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high‑end or fine‑dining restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of service standards and dining etiquette.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team‑oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
