Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage table assignments, dining flow, and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Support training, daily briefings, and mentoring of junior staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a high‑end or fine‑dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of service standards and dining etiquette.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
