Restaurant Supervisor – SUSHISAMBA Singapore

💼 Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient communication and service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with confidence and care.
  • Support management in achieving revenue, cost control, and performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a premium or high‑volume restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
