💼 Duties & Responsibilities

Senior Hostess

• Lead the host team and oversee the smooth flow of guest arrivals and seating.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest communication with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate closely with service and management teams to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Handle VIP guests, special requests, and service recovery with confidence.
• Maintain the reception area to the highest brand standards.
• Support training and development of junior hostesses.

Hostess

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently.
• Communicate guest needs and preferences to the service team.
• Assist with guest inquiries, menu guidance, and special requests.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold brand presentation standards.
• Support overall front‑of‑house operations during peak hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within fine dining or premium hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high‑volume environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (SevenRooms, OpenTable, etc.) is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
