Leto Dubai Mall is hiring a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team at a premium dining destination. You will own daily operations, elevate service standards, and shape exceptional guest experiences through hands‑on leadership and operational discipline. The ideal candidate brings proven restaurant management experience in upscale or high‑volume environments, strong financial and people‑management skills, and a passion for mentoring teams. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operational leadership: Oversee all front‑of‑house activities, ensure smooth opening and closing procedures, and manage shift handovers.
  • Team development: Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff; create rosters and foster a high‑performance, guest‑focused culture.
  • Guest experience: Maintain and continuously improve service standards; personally manage VIPs and complex guest feedback.
  • Financial management: Monitor daily sales, control labor and operating costs, manage budgets, and implement revenue‑driving initiatives.
  • Quality and compliance: Ensure hygiene, safety, licensing, and brand standards are consistently met.
  • Reporting and administration: Prepare operational reports, manage inventory cycles, and coordinate with suppliers and corporate teams.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in restaurant management, preferably in upscale, high‑volume, or mall‑based venues.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, financial literacy, excellent communication, conflict resolution, and operational planning.
  • Qualifications: Hospitality diploma or degree preferred; fluent in English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Attributes: Professional appearance, decisive, guest‑centric, resilient under pressure, and a mentor to the team.
