🔹 Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team at Gloria Hotels, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling all reservation inquiries, processing bookings, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless guest experience from the very first interaction.

🛎️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.

  • Accurately input, update, and manage booking details in the hotel reservation system.

  • Maintain knowledge of room rates, packages, promotions, and hotel facilities.

  • Communicate booking details effectively with other departments, especially Front Office and Sales.

  • Handle cancellations, modifications, and no-show reservations according to company policies.

  • Provide information to guests about local attractions, services, and amenities.

  • Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective selling techniques.

  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all guest interactions.

✅ Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reservations, front office, or a related hospitality field is preferred.

  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (such as Opera, Fidelio, or similar).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • A customer-first attitude and professional demeanor.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality or Tourism is a plus.
