📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Restaurant Supervisor
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train, and motivate front‑of‑house staff
- Handle guest concerns and ensure high satisfaction
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Support management with reporting, scheduling, and team coordination
Waiter / Waitress
- Provide exceptional table service and guest engagement
- Take orders accurately and deliver food efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and table setup standards
- Upsell menu items and ensure guest satisfaction
Hostess
- Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations
- Coordinate seating and maintain guest flow
- Assist with guest inquiries and ensure a positive first impression
Runners
- Support waitstaff by delivering food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with table resets
- Ensure timely service and smooth operations
CDP (Chef de Partie)
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and food safety
- Assist in training junior staff
- Support kitchen operations during peak hours
Sous Chef (Arabic Speaker)
- Lead kitchen operations in absence of Head Chef
- Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Train and guide kitchen staff
- Develop and refine menu items
📌 Requirements (All Positions)
Restaurant Supervisor
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in busy UAE restaurants
Waiter / Waitress
- Minimum 1–2 years FOH experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Hostess
- Presentable, confident, and guest‑focused
- Experience in high‑volume dining preferred
Runners
- Energetic and fast‑paced
- Basic knowledge of service flow
CDP
- 2–3 years kitchen experience
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and hygiene
Sous Chef (Arabic Speaker)
- 3–5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and Arabic cuisine knowledge
- Must be fluent in Arabic
