Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, guest‑focused, and well‑presented Pool Bar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests at the pool area, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service at the pool bar and surrounding areas
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare basic beverages and assist bartenders with drink preparation
  • Ensure the pool bar, seating areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
  • Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
  • Assist with towel service and maintain cleanliness around the pool deck
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate billing when required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Pool Bar Attendant, Waiter/Waitress, or similar F&B role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work outdoors and handle fast‑paced service
  • Basic knowledge of beverages and F&B service standards
  • Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage
  • Professional grooming and presentation
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
