Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Supervise and motivate front‑of‑house staff to achieve performance goals
• Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Contribute to sales growth through upselling and guest engagement initiatives

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a fine dining venue in the UAE
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
