Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sous Chef / Jr. Sous Chef: Supervise kitchen operations, ensure food quality and presentation, manage inventory, and train junior staff.
  • Chef de Partie (Baker / Pizza / General): Prepare specialized dishes, maintain hygiene standards, and coordinate with the culinary team for smooth service.
  • Demi Chef de Partie: Assist in food preparation, maintain section efficiency, and uphold consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Commis 1 & 2: Support chefs in daily operations, handle mise en place, and ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Head Steward / Steward: Oversee dishwashing and cleaning operations, maintain kitchen equipment, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or culinary roles.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Passion for food, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Relevant certifications or diplomas in culinary arts preferred.
