Brass Monkey Dubai is seeking an experienced Head Steward to lead our stewarding team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and kitchen support. 🧼 Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the stewarding team
• Ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Oversee dishwashing operations and sanitation procedures
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and HACCP standards
• Coordinate with chefs and management to support kitchen operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as Head Steward or Senior Steward
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Ability to manage a team in a high‑volume environment
• Must be in the UAE and ready to join soon
