Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, guest‑focused, and well‑presented Pool Bar Attendant to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests at the pool area, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service at the pool bar and surrounding areas
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare basic beverages and assist bartenders with drink preparation
- Ensure the pool bar, seating areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
- Assist with towel service and maintain cleanliness around the pool deck
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
- Handle payments and maintain accurate billing when required
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pool Bar Attendant, Waiter/Waitress, or similar F&B role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer‑focused attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors and handle fast‑paced service
- Basic knowledge of beverages and F&B service standards
- Good English communication; additional languages are an advantage
- Professional grooming and presentation
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
