Personal Trainer – Wellfit Masaar

We’re hiring Personal Trainers to join Wellfit Masaar’s founding team and deliver personalized, results-driven training to members. You’ll assess fitness levels, build tailored programs, and track progress across one-on-one and small-group sessions, while also growing your own client base through strong member relationships and sales ability. This role suits a certified trainer who is confident, motivating, and comfortable balancing coaching with a bit of hustle — since building a personal training book from scratch is part of the opportunity at a newly opened club. You’ll be part of a wider coaching and instructor team, working in a modern facility within Masaar’s forest community. Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized one-on-one and small-group training sessions
• Assess member fitness levels and design tailored workout plans
• Track member progress and adjust programs to achieve results
• Promote personal training packages and build a loyal client base
• Ensure a safe, clean, and motivating training environment

Requirements

• Recognized personal training certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, REPs, or equivalent)
• Prior experience training clients, ideally in a UAE gym or club setting
• Strong sales ability to grow a personal training client base
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred
