Lifeguard

Drift Dubai is seeking a vigilant, responsible, and guest‑focused Lifeguard to join our luxury beachfront property. As one of Dubai’s most prestigious hospitality destinations, Drift Dubai is known for its serene coastal atmosphere, refined service, and exceptional guest experiences. The Lifeguard plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and well‑being of guests across our pool and beach areas.

This position is ideal for individuals who are confident swimmers, calm under pressure, and committed to maintaining a safe environment. You will work closely with a multicultural team, responding to emergencies, enforcing safety guidelines, and providing attentive service throughout the day. Duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies or rescue situations.
• Enforce safety rules and guidelines to prevent accidents.
• Maintain rescue equipment and ensure readiness at all times.
• Provide first aid and CPR when required.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Requirements

• Valid Lifeguard Certification (international or UAE‑recognized).
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Ability to remain alert, focused, and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest‑service skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
