Atelier House Hospitality, a leading multi‑brand hospitality group known for its award‑winning dining concepts across the UAE, India, and beyond, is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our Corporate Office in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, people‑driven environment and understands the unique demands of the hospitality industry. As a key member of our leadership team, the HR Manager will oversee HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and policy implementation across multiple brands. We are looking for someone who brings strong leadership, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of UAE labour regulations. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HR operations across multiple hospitality brands
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE processes, and company policies
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent development
  • Provide guidance to management and staff on HR best practices
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance work culture

Job Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of HR experience, including 4–5 years in the UAE
  • Expert knowledge of UAE Labour Law, compliance, and employee relations
  • Proven experience managing HR operations, policies, and HR teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Hospitality industry experience is a must
  • Experience in premium or multi‑brand environments is a strong advantage
  • Local candidates only – must be UAE‑based
