Housekeeping Supervisor – The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts | Abu Dhabi Jobs
The Housekeeping Supervisor leads a team of attendants to ensure rooms and public areas meet the standards of a luxury resort. During pre-opening you will help inspect rooms, organise equipment, train staff and build the daily routines that support a smooth opening. You will coordinate with the front office and engineering, handle guest requests and keep the team motivated and focused on quality. Joining the pre-opening housekeeping and laundry team at The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, LXR Hotels & Resorts, the Housekeeping Supervisor will help deliver the spotless, welcoming spaces guests expect of a luxury resort. Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise room attendants and allocate daily work assignments.
- Inspect rooms and public areas and ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
- Train and coach the team on procedures, safety and guest service.
- Coordinate with the front office and engineering on room status and maintenance needs.
- Control linen, supplies and cleaning equipment and report on stock levels.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Room Attendant in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and inspection standards.
- Leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
