As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a vital role in shaping the overall dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and supporting the FOH team in delivering seamless service. Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
• Coordinate guest flow during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
• Answer guest inquiries and assist with special requests
• Communicate effectively with the FOH team to optimize service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance area
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest‑facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident presence
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer‑service mindset
