Gates Hospitality is expanding our team in Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for a polished, confident, and guest‑focused Hostess to join our Front of House team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a vital role in shaping the overall dining experience. We are seeking someone who embodies warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality — someone who can create memorable first impressions and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

The ideal candidate is poised, organized, and able to manage guest flow with ease, even during peak service hours. You will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating, and supporting the FOH team in delivering seamless service. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and engaging demeanor
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan
  • Coordinate guest flow during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
  • Answer guest inquiries and assist with special requests
  • Communicate effectively with the FOH team to optimize service
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception and entrance area
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a positive guest experience

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest‑facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and confident presence
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer‑service mindset
