Hostess – Esco-Bar Dubai

Esco-Bar Dubai is looking for a warm, confident Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests as we grow our team. As the face of Esco-Bar, you’ll welcome guests upon arrival, manage reservations and the waitlist, and ensure a smooth, well-organized seating flow throughout service. This role calls for someone who is polished, personable, and able to stay calm and organized even during busy peak hours. You’ll set the tone for every guest’s experience, so a genuine passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills are essential. If you enjoy working front-of-house in a vibrant, fast-paced environment and take pride in making a great first impression, we’d love for you to join our growing Esco-Bar family.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations
  • Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating flow
  • Handle guest queries at the entrance and provide venue information
  • Maintain a polished, presentable front-of-house area at all times

Requirements

  • Previous hostess experience in a Dubai restaurant, lounge, or bar
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-groomed, confident, and guest-service oriented
  • Ability to multitask during high-traffic periods
  • Currently based in Dubai
