Floor Supervisor – Esco-Bar Dubai

Esco-Bar Dubai is looking for an experienced and confident Floor Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team as we expand our operations. In this role, you’ll oversee daily floor operations, ensuring every guest receives fast, friendly, and polished service in our fast-paced, high-energy venue. You’ll supervise waiters, runners, and hostesses, keep service running smoothly during peak hours, and act as the key link between the floor, bar, and kitchen teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and genuinely cares about guest experience. If you have solid supervisory experience within Dubai’s hospitality scene and enjoy building strong, motivated teams, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career with a brand that’s on the rise.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Supervise waiters, runners, and hostesses, delegating tasks as needed
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure timely order flow
  • Train and mentor new floor staff on service standards and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a similar Dubai venue
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and guest-handling abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Currently based in Dubai with valid UAE work eligibility
