Runner – Esco-Bar Dubai

Esco-Bar Dubai is looking for reliable, energetic Runners to join our expanding floor team. As a Runner, you’ll play a key role in keeping service moving smoothly — delivering food and beverage orders from the kitchen and bar to guest tables quickly and accurately. You’ll work closely with waiters, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect condition. This is a fast-paced role that suits someone who is physically active, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a busy, high-energy team. It’s also a great entry point into Dubai’s hospitality industry, with opportunities to grow into other floor roles as you gain experience. If you’re dependable and ready to work hard in a dynamic venue, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food and beverage orders from kitchen/bar to guest tables promptly
  • Ensure order accuracy before delivering to guests
  • Assist waiters with clearing and resetting tables
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams on order timing
  • Support the floor team during peak service hours

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a runner or similar role in Dubai preferred
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Good teamwork and time-management skills
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Currently based in Dubai
