Waiter/Waitress – Esco-Bar Dubai

Esco-Bar Dubai is expanding and looking for friendly, energetic Waiters and Waitresses to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — greeting guests, guiding them through our menu, taking orders, and delivering attentive, polished service throughout their visit. Esco-Bar is a fast-paced, vibrant venue, so we’re looking for people who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and take pride in making every guest feel welcome. Strong product knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay composed during busy shifts are essential. If you have previous waitering experience in Dubai’s hospitality scene and want to grow with a brand that’s building something exciting, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with confidence
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly
  • Serve orders efficiently while maintaining high presentation standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively address requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section

Requirements

  • Previous waitering experience in Dubai’s F&B/hospitality sector
  • Strong product and menu knowledge or ability to learn quickly
  • Friendly, well-presented, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts
  • Currently based in Dubai
