This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and the ability to remain calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment. 🧭 Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and brand‑aligned etiquette.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow efficiently.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback courteously.
• Maintain front‑of‑house cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Hostess in a premium hospitality venue.
• Excellent communication and guest‑handling skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional grooming, confident presence, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during busy service hours.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
