Infini Concepts is seeking elegant, confident, and guest‑focused Hostesses to join our vibrant Italian dining concept in Dubai. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for the entire guest experience — welcoming guests with warmth, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and organized flow throughout the restaurant. This role is perfect for individuals who naturally create a positive first impression, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in a lively, fast‑paced environment. You will work closely with the service team to coordinate seating, manage guest expectations, and support overall operations during busy service periods. Professionalism, communication, and a polished appearance are essential, as you will represent the brand’s identity from the moment guests walk through the door. Applicants must be currently based in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.
• Handle guest inquiries and support service recovery with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Hostess in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and confident, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
• Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage.
