HK Supervisor (Female) — Gevora Hotel, Dubai

Gevora Hotel, the world’s tallest four-star hotel, is hiring an experienced HK Supervisor (Female) to lead its housekeeping operations in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee the daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring the hotel consistently meets its five-star cleanliness and presentation standards. The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience with a track record in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership skills, and the ability to train and motivate a team while working efficiently under pressure. You will assign tasks, conduct inspections, coordinate with maintenance and front office on room readiness, and support attendants in delivering consistent, high-quality service. Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
• Assign duties to housekeeping attendants and monitor task completion
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members
• Coordinate with maintenance and front office on room status and guest requests

Requirements

• Prior experience in housekeeping operations, including a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Keen eye for detail and high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple rooms/areas
• Good communication skills in English
