Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations
• Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen, bar, and floor staff
• Deliver exceptional guest service and handle VIP tables when required
• Train, mentor, and support junior team members
• Manage guest feedback, resolve issues, and uphold service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a fine‑dining or luxury restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management skills
• Excellent knowledge of food, beverage, and service protocols
• Professional appearance and confident, guest‑focused demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
