Al Ghurair Mobility — Cars Services is expanding its retail and aftersales footprint across the UAE. We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Head of Sales based in Dubai to lead our sales strategy, grow market share, and build a high‑performing sales organization across showrooms and digital channels.

Role overview

  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Employment type: Full time
  • Team scope: Lead retail sales, dealer/showroom teams, and sales support functions across the UAE.
  • Primary objective: Deliver sustainable revenue growth, improve conversion and retention metrics, and strengthen the brand’s customer experience across sales touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the national sales strategy for retail and fleet channels to meet revenue, margin, and volume targets.
  • Build, coach, and scale a high‑performing sales organization including showroom managers, retail executives, and sales support staff.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance frameworks; monitor pipeline, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer retention.
  • Drive showroom excellence and standardize sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting across locations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design lead generation, promotions, and brand campaigns that convert into measurable sales outcomes.
  • Partner with Parts, Aftersales, and Workshop teams to create bundled offers and improve cross‑sell and upsell performance.
  • Own pricing, incentives, and commercial negotiations for key corporate and fleet accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and product positioning.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly sales reporting to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and high standards of customer service.

Requirements

Experience and qualifications

  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive sales leadership experience in automotive retail, mobility services, or related consumer retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and building scalable sales teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, incentives, and large account negotiations.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and sales performance analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people‑management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Languages: Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE work authorization; UAE driving license preferred.
  • High level of integrity, customer focus, and results orientation.
