📌 Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule and brand standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments
• Install, inspect, and maintain equipment, fixtures, and appliances
• Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean and safe
• Report major repair needs or hazards to the Engineering Supervisor/Manager
• Assist with emergency procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Support hotel operations by ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency

🎯 Role Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Technician or Maintenance Technician in a hotel or facility
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Technical certifications (advantage but not mandatory)
