🧭 Role Overview

As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, support your team, and ensure that every guest receives the warm, attentive, and high‑quality service that Hilton is known for. You will play a key role in maintaining service standards, training team members, and driving operational excellence across the outlet.


💼 Key Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Supervise daily F&B operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, motivate, and support team members during service periods
  • Ensure adherence to Hilton brand standards in service, presentation, and communication
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain timely and accurate service

Guest Experience

  • Greet guests, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive steps to enhance the dining experience
  • Manage special requests, VIP guests, and service recovery when needed

Team Development

  • Train new team members on service standards, procedures, and guest engagement
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure team readiness before service
  • Support performance evaluations and identify training needs

Administration & Compliance

  • Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and daily reporting
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food‑handling regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet at all times

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage teams and maintain service consistency during peak operations
  • Excellent problem‑solving and guest‑handling abilities
  • Professional grooming, confident presence, and a guest‑first mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
