Majestic Hotel Group is seeking a proactive, detail‑driven Floor Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness of guest floors. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining high housekeeping standards, leading teams with confidence, and ensuring every guest enjoys a spotless, comfortable stay. As a Floor Supervisor, you will supervise room attendants, conduct thorough inspections, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, and ensure all rooms and public areas on your assigned floors meet Majestic’s brand expectations. You will also play a key role in training staff, managing inventory, and supporting smooth daily operations. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily Floor Operations — Supervise room attendants and allocate daily room assignments.
  • Room Inspections — Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards.
  • Team Leadership — Guide, motivate, and support housekeeping staff; conduct shift briefings and ensure grooming and conduct standards are followed.
  • Training & Coaching — Train new room attendants on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and service expectations.
  • Guest Interaction — Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordination — Communicate with Front Office regarding room status and with Engineering for maintenance issues.
  • Inventory & Stock Control — Monitor linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies; assist with requisitions and stock counts.
  • Quality Assurance — Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards, including proper chemical handling.
  • Reporting — Prepare shift reports, update room status, and document incidents or maintenance needs.
  • Support for Special Projects — Assist with deep cleaning programs, VIP room setups, and seasonal housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience — Minimum 2–4 years in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or senior role.
  • Education — High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
  • Skills — Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; excellent attention to detail.
  • Technical — Familiarity with housekeeping systems, PMS updates, and basic reporting tools.
  • Knowledge — Understanding of cleaning standards, chemical safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Personal Attributes — Professional, reliable, calm under pressure, and guest‑focused.
  • Language — Good English communication; additional languages are beneficial.
  • Availability — Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Work Authorization — Legal right to work in the UAE or the country where the role is based.
