As a Duty Manager, you will act as the hotel’s key point of contact during your shift, overseeing daily operations, supporting all departments, and ensuring service excellence across the property. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Support Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments as needed
  • Conduct property walks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness
  • Monitor room availability, guest arrivals, and VIP arrangements
  • Handle emergency situations and follow hotel safety protocols
  • Assist with staff supervision, coaching, and performance support
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and service procedures
  • Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to management

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or senior Front Office role in a hotel
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent guest service mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good understanding of hotel operations and cross‑department coordination
  • Proficiency in English; Thai language skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
