We are now seeking a friendly, confident, and service‑minded Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the face of the hotel—handling check‑ins, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles in the property management system
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle payments, billing, and cashiering tasks accurately
  • Assist with VIP arrivals and special guest arrangements
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Uphold Radisson’s “Yes I Can!” service philosophy in every interaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or customer service role is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a passion for guest service
  • Good command of English; Thai language skills are beneficial
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS systems is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and a team‑oriented mindset
