Majestic Hotel Group is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety‑conscious Driver to support hotel operations and ensure smooth, comfortable transportation for guests, staff, and deliveries. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in punctuality, vehicle care, and courteous service. As a Driver, you will be responsible for airport transfers, guest drop‑offs, staff transportation, and handling hotel errands while maintaining the highest standards of safety and hospitality. You will represent the hotel on the road, making professionalism and a calm driving style essential. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guest Transportation — Provide safe, timely transport for guests to and from airports, malls, business districts, and other destinations.
  • Staff & Operational Support — Assist with staff transportation, hotel errands, and delivery or collection of documents, supplies, and parcels.
  • Vehicle Maintenance — Conduct daily vehicle inspections, ensure cleanliness, monitor fuel levels, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
  • Safety Compliance — Follow all traffic laws, hotel driving policies, and safety procedures; ensure guest seatbelts and luggage are secure.
  • Guest Service — Assist guests with luggage, offer courteous greetings, and provide basic information about the hotel and local area.
  • Record Keeping — Maintain accurate logs for mileage, fuel usage, and trip details; submit reports as required.
  • Coordination — Communicate with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to ensure timely scheduling and smooth operations.
  • Confidentiality — Handle guest information and hotel documents with discretion and professionalism.
  • Emergency Response — Act responsibly in case of breakdowns, delays, or unexpected situations, following hotel protocols.

Requirements

  • Experience — Minimum 2–4 years of professional driving experience; hotel or hospitality driving experience is an advantage.
  • License — Valid UAE driving license (Light Vehicle or relevant category).
  • Knowledge — Strong familiarity with Dubai roads, traffic rules, and major landmarks.
  • Skills — Safe driving habits, good communication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Personal Attributes — Well‑groomed, polite, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Physical Ability — Able to lift luggage and assist guests safely.
  • Language — Basic English required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability — Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Work Authorization — Legal right to work in the UAE or the country where the role is based.
